As far as gaining the actual weight, it's whatever you want. ^-^ But as far as what you eat, you should really only binge on junk foods once in a while.

Smart advice there buddy.

Seriously... you should not cut out fresh foods- like fruit and veggies.

I think going to to a fast food place sometimes, especially if not near home, can help you know how much you like you own hamburgers and home fries.
It gives you the chance to know you don't have to eat their stuff to get nice an fat. In fact, last week I went to Pizza Hut for the buffet with a friend. I ate 12 pieces and then realized the pizza was way salty, and I didn't like the taste of it anymore. I tried the ceasar salad with bacon bits and then the bacon bits were too salty also. Had I made my own rigatoni and tomatoe/meat sauce at home I would have ate more and liked it. But the occasion was to go out with a friend to Pizza Hut where we use to go for lunch when we worked together. Sometimes thats just the way it is. If so learn more about places you can enjoy eating at.
I find a delicious and simple way to collect some fat is to add a little oil in everything. Some things taste better with a little peanut oil, or olive oil. I find oils are pretty powerful and just a tablespoon in a fruit smoothie makes it taste good. Oil on spagetti, garlic/parsley bread, in soups, salads, stews adds suppleness and ease of eating these foods. When in a hurry, I think peanut oil and an egg in a fruit smoothie is delicious and satisfying.
